SHIPPING: Free shipping via USPS PRIORITY MAIL and some FedEx ground for orders over $100.

Next day or second day shipping is also available. In stock items are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours, excluding Saturday and Sunday.

 

CREDIT CARD BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS: Credit card billing address and shipping address has to be the same, if you wish to ship your order to a different address, please contact us before you place an order online.

  

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:In stock items must be returned within 30 days of shipping date, a 5 % restocking fee will be charged. If you would like to exchange for another pair or size, then there is no restocking fee. All returned items MUST be in the original packaging and in an unused condition, return item authorization # must be obtained prior to returning. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  

BRONCO BELTS RETURN POLICY: We can gladly exchange the belt, if a belt width says "Ready to Ship", but there will be a 5% restocking fee only for returns, not for exchanges. In the case of returns or exchanges, shipping is paid by the customer.

If a belt says “Ships Within 2 Weeks”, “Ships in 2 Weeks or Custom”, is made to order and considered a special order, you can still return or exchange it but there will be a 45% restocking fee. In the case of returns or exchanges, shipping is paid by the customer. Since our prices are more economical than most of our competitors for the quality we offer, we have to charge you some restocking fee in case of returns or exchanges. Generally in the belt industry, custom or special ordered belts cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

BRONCO BRAND BOOTS: If Bronco boots are not in stock and we have to make a special boot order for the customer, it cannot be returned, exchanged or even cancelled. The customer has only 24 hours after orders have been placed to make a cancelation.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged or even cancelled 24 hours after orders have been placed.



FORM OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card and PayPal. In addition to that we also ship C. O. D., Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks, company checks may be accepted from our customers with approved line of credit. All orders are shipped after payments are approved and/ or verified.

  

CREDIT CARD OR OTHER FINANCIAL FRADULENT ACTS: Persons committing fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
